Account & Registration: Username, email, hashed password, account PIN, creation date, characters, support history.
Technical & Security: IP address, Hardware ID, browser type, OS, login times, anti-cheat logs.
Gameplay: Character names, guild info, game progress, inventory, transactions, chat records for moderation.
Payment: Name, email, billing address, transaction amount, payment status. Card details are processed by Payment Service Providers.
Support: Ticket content, email communications, files submitted by the User.

II. Purposes and Lawful Bases

We process personal data to provide the Service, ensure security and anti-cheat, process payments, provide support, improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations.
