These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Hard2Global website, game server, game client, launcher, accounts, Item Shop, digital content, support services, and related features.

1. Definitions

"Company" means N1BOOST BOOSTING SERVICE LTD. "Service" means the Hard2Global website, Game Server, Game Client, Launcher, Item Shop, account systems, support services, and related features. "User" or "Player" means any person who visits, registers for, accesses, or uses the Service.

2. General Provisions

By registering an Account or using the Service, the User agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Registration and access to basic features are free of charge. Purchases from the Item Shop are optional.

3. Eligibility and Registration

Users must provide accurate and current information when registering. Users must not create an Account using false information or impersonate another person.

4. Account Security

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account credentials. Account passwords must not be shared. Hard2Global administrators will never ask for your complete password.

5. User Conduct and Gameplay

Users must treat other players and staff respectfully. Harassment, threats, discrimination, hate speech, spam, or abusive behaviour are prohibited. Cheating, automation tools, bots, or unauthorised modifications are prohibited.

6. Item Shop and Digital Content

Purchases are voluntary. Dragon Coins and virtual items may only be used within the Hard2Global Service and have no guaranteed monetary value outside the Service.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Refund requests must be submitted through Support with the Account identifier, transaction reference, and description of the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

Hard2Global is an independent private game server not affiliated with Webzen or Ymir Entertainment. Third-party game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
